Believing that water, rice and the people from Ten-ei village in Fukushima are the most important elements their production, Matsuzaki Shuzo has been meticulously producing the Hirotogawa line sake for over 100 years. Delicate, subtle and nuanced, Hirotogawa sake is celebrated by drinkers and awarded by national tasting competitions year after year.
